  • Is your business legal?
    Yes. We only ship from countries that according to their laws, allow you to obtain such medication.
  • Is this company legit?
    We understand Your concern, but rest assured - we have been in this business for nearly a decade now, which wouldn't be possible if we were not a legit and respected provider.
  • Is it legal to purchase these products?
    Laws differ from country to country. Contact your local Drug Agency or Ministry of Health regarding the regulations and restrictions of your country.
  • Do i need prescription?
    Depends on the laws in your country, and medication you ordered. We trust you have a valid prescription if you need it, and will not require any proof.
  • Do you offer medical advise??
    No we do not. Please consult with your physician about any questions you might have.

  • What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?
    Payment with Credit Card and EasyPay is limited to 500.00EUR per day/week. Other payment methods (Western Union, Moneygram Bank to Bank wire) have no limits.
  • Can I buy your products through another way aside from the web site??
    No, we are a specialized online pharmacy, our services are only available through our web site.
  • How do you ship??
    We ship our products worldwide, from different locations, depending on the medication. All orders are securely packed and shipped discreetly. We use completely opaque packaging, with no indication of what it contains.
  • What is the cost of shipping?
    We charge a single fixed fee for the service (flat rate) for all destinations.
  • Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO?
    We do ship to P.O. Box. We do not ship to APO address.
  • Is a signature required for shipping?
    Packages are not treated as recorded/registered shipments and therefore do not require any signature upon delivery.
  • What is your return policy?
    We are prohibited by law to accept returned medication.
  • Where do I send my payment?
    Information on where to send your payment is provided after you place an order. Please take your time and write down necessary details. Please, follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delay.
  • It's been a month since i've placed an order. Is my order still valid?
    No, your order is valid for 14 days, afer you've checked out, after 14 days, it is automatically deleted from our system, and you will need to re-order your products.
  • How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
    Order confirmation with instructions on how to make payment are provided at the end of the purchasing process immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 2 business days. Normal shipping time is between 7 and 21 business days (30 days for very remote countries). PLEASE NOTE that BUSINESS DAYS are Monday to Friday. If within this time span you have still not received your products please FILL IN A TICKET, and we will find a solution. Please check your ORDER HISTORY (on this web site) first and count business days before filling in a request.
  • How do I change my order after it has been placed?
    Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes to pending orders. The process is entirely computerized. If you wish to cancel or change your order, please place a completely new order and your old one will be automatically deleted after 14 days if payments are not received.
  • What if I receive an incomplete order?
    It's possible that you will receive your order in more then one package with delays up to a week! This happens because we ship from different countries. Please fill in a request in our ticketing system, if you have not received your order.
  • I haven't received my product!
    Although our shipping success is around 99%, it's still possible that your package is held up at the customs. It takes 2 weeks up to 3 months for customs authorities to send you a seizure note! If your products do not arrive in between 7 and 21 business days, please fill in a ticket request within 40 days since the products was shipped out.
  • How can I contact You?
    We use TICKETING SYSTEM to assist our customers. Due to privacy issues, we do not use any e-mail services. Please note we do NOT PROVIDE CONSULTATION on drug use.
