Champix varenicline is manufactured by Pfizer to help people quit smoking. It has been considered a better option to other existing nicotine replacement therapies. Dosage of Champix comes in 0.5 mg and 1.0 mg tablets forms. To successfully quit smoking it is advisable to set a quit date from which you should quit smoking completely. To help Champix work at its best, start taking dosage of Champix 7 days prior to the quit date. Champix treatment usually lasts 12 weeks.
