What is the minimum and maximum amount I can order at one time?
For Credit Card Payment ee have no limits for minimum order but maximum order is limited to 500 USD/day and 1000 USD/week. If choosing Western Union or Bank to Bank Payment option there are no limits at all!

Each time you type in you card data ( wrong or correct) you get email from our shop confirming we received order inquiery and couple sec/min afterwoods you get another email confirming payment acceptance by processor! YOU MUST SEE THIS: Credit Card Payment - Accepted - Order in process! We created internal order tracking system for you ( to the point when it leaves our distribution centre) so its all yours to use cause our team at customer support sees same data as you can see yourself! So just log in and check if your order has been sent and when! Than count up to 21 BUSINESS DAYS ( only moday till friday) as NORMAL DELIVERY TIME!

How do you ship?
We ship our products world wide and all packages are shipped very discreet.
- Our organization name or anything else that would imply pharmaceutical contents of the package is never used in our shipments.
- Packaging types are changed constantly to achieve max delivery success!
- The size of our packages are never larger than what would cause unnecessary suspicion. If the order is too large to fit in one package, it will automatically be divided into two or more packages (all for one Shipment&Handling charge).
- We also reuse original cardboard boxes for packing different products that fit in ( because we are ecological oriented company and because this way there is more possibility to deliver successfully)
- Shipments are sent from various shipping points and different European countries.

How are bulk/large quantity orders shipped?
If the order is to large to fit one package, we guarantee the order will be divided into the necessary amount of packages to lower the risk. No matter how large your order is, we reassure you the same discreetion level and repackaging as used for small sized orders.

Do you ship to P.O. Boxes and APO?
We do ship to PO Box. We do not ship directly to APO address, you can use your home/billing address and your family/friends can redirect you products from USA. Please leave shipping address in comment line of each order. This way you will have 99% delivery success.

Is a signature required for shipping?
Once packages leave our distribution they are not treated as recorded/registered shipments and therefore they dont require any signature upon delivery.

What is the cost of shipping?
We have only one method of shipping for now. Shipping costs 23 USD ( 19 EUR ) to USA, Canada, Europe and rest of the world.

How do I change my order after it has been placed?
Unfortunately, we do not make any manual changes or cancellations to pending orders. Since the order process is entirely computerized, it is much faster, more efficient and less problematic to place a completely new order. So, if you wish to make changes to your order, simply place a new order and disregard your former order number (it will automatically be cancelled and removed from our system if payment is not made within 60 days).
NOTE! Since order cancellations are not accepted once payment is received, you must make necessary order changes before payment is made.

Where do I send my payment?
Information on where to send your payment is provided after you place an order, and its sent directly to your e-mail address. Please, follow the payment instructions carefully to avoid unnecessary delay. In case you haven't received it when placing and order, please contact us and we will send you data by email!

How long does it take for You to receive my Western Union transfer?
Payments made by Western Union are normally processed within 2-3 business days after we receive transaction data from you. If payment is rejected by WU ( data not correct) than we send you email and whole process starts all over again so be carefull in order to avoid delays! If transaction is successfull we ship in 48 hours after confirmation was received!

How long is the whole process of ordering and shipping?
Order confirmation with instructions for how to make payment is sent to your email address automatically and immediately after you submit your order. Once payment is received, we process and dispatch your order within 2 business days. Shipping time is normaly between 7 and 21 business days and for very remote countires up to 30 business days! PLEASE NOTE that BUSINESS DAYS are only monday to friday so before you order you should have that clear in your mind! Delivery time includes time necessary for international regular airmail, which must also pass your customs, so we expect you to accept this as NORMAL DELIVERY TIME and respect it! Please check your ORDER HISTORY online first and count business days before writing to us about delivery time! If its over 21 business days, PLEASE CONTACT US and together we will find the reason and the solution!

We ensure that all packages are shipped with maximum discretion. Products are removed from their original boxes and repacked with extreme care and precaution, specifically to minimize shipment volume. Our organization name is not indicated on any package and shipments are sent from various shipping points in Europe, established in different countries, to ensure maximum discretion and highest probability of successfull delivery. With customs we have 99% success to USA and Canada, 100% success to any country of EU! Delivery success to Australia and New Zeland is too low so we cannot guarantee you delivery and not allowed to pay with Credit Card for that reason! If you insist and want to take a chance anyway to these countires, please place order online ( pick WU or bank to bank) and let us know in email that you want it to be shipped and we will!

What if my shipment is seized?
Even if products get seized ( 1% possibility for USA and Canada), we would cover part of your loss, and more fare we can't be ! Shipment passes to your title and risk once it passes your state border and at that point on our job is done! PLEASE NOTE if shipment does not come in 21 business days it does not mean you got scammed! It means that it's stucked on customs and they need 2 weeks up to 3 months to send you seizure note! To put into force our loss cover policy we need that document, so you should scan and email us the seizure note in order to have a case and help you out partially! We both need it ( you to have proof that we did our job and us to have proof you didn't receive the products and we can use our polica for covering partof the loss)! PLEASE NOTE! NO SEIZURE NOTE, NO CASE FOR LOSS COVER POLICY!
